Our mission is to provide comprehensive training and education for nannies in Mumbai, empowering them with the skills, confidence, and etiquette needed to deliver exceptional childcare. By uplifting nannies from low-income and low-education backgrounds, we aim to ensure that families feel peace of mind, knowing their children are in capable and caring hands. Born out of a recognized need in the market, our goal is to create a nurturing and professional environment that benefits both families and caregivers alike.

As a female-run startup, we are learning what is needed for families and providing training sessions that are accessible to women from all backgrounds. We look forward to starting this journey with you, fine-tuning our classes and services, and expanding with professional service providers to uplift the entire caregiving industry in Mumbai and beyond. Founders

Jennifer Decker Mehta

Jennifer is an experienced curriculum designer, teacher, and program manager currently supporting curriculum and instruction leaders across APAC and India at Generation: You Employed, Inc. With nearly two decades of professional and volunteer experience, she has worked in a variety of roles within K-12, higher education, and adult education across the public and non-profit sectors. Jennifer holds a Master’s in Education (M.S.Ed) from the University of Pennsylvania.

Passionate about curriculum design and education entrepreneurship, Jennifer focuses on program development, teaching, training, and leadership development. She has a proven track record in partnership development and is committed to creating empowering learning experiences that create a positive impact for multiple stakeholders – learners, their families and their employers.

Jennifer has two young children under 5, who have been instrumental teachers in her journey as a caregiver. She is fluent in German and speaks Hindi and Spanish. When not working, Jennifer enjoys cooking projects, reading, listening to podcasts and spending time in nature.

Kristin Mehta

Kristin is an experienced marketing professional with over a decade of expertise in corporate marketing, digital strategy, client relations, and market research. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

In 2024, Kristin co-founded Give Care, a training startup in Mumbai focused on enhancing childcare standards through comprehensive courses for nannies and caregivers. Her mission is to bridge the gap in childcare education, empowering caregivers to provide nurturing and educational environments for children.

Previously, Kristin held marketing roles in New York City at Work Better and Smartling, where she led successful digital strategies and client engagement initiatives. She also worked with Tesla, providing support to owners in the early years of the company. Kristin has always been involved in the startup ecosystem, working alongside entrepreneurs to launch their companies. She has volunteered with multiple organizations in startup initiatives, helping dozens of small businesses throughout the U.S.

Her two very active boys keep her busy, but alongside family, Kristin’s passions include hiking, gardening, sustainable living, baking, assisting fellow expats, fitness, and spread sheets .

Final Thought: Jennifer and Kristin have both raised their children in India, where they were also born, and are married into Indian families, making India their home. While they bring a foreign perspective to some matters, they are deeply rooted and invested in the culture and the nuances of family life here.

Having managed corporate teams professionally, they now also manage their staff team at home and can relate to families on a deeply personal level. This unique experience allows them to understand and support the needs of your family, while offering a thoughtful and culturally relevant approach to caregiving.

With certifications in childbirth and lactation counseling, Seema empowers families to navigate pregnancy with knowledge and confidence, helping them make informed decisions for a healthier, more positive experience. Seema is also a mom of two.
